In our Kids Ministry, we partner with parents to help kids learn about the Bible and grow in their faith while having fun. Our ministry teaches kids about God in an age-appropriate and engaging way, with a focus on training them for a life of faithfulness to Christ and his church, and on encouraging relationships with other believers.

Here's what to expect when visiting Uprise Kids for the first time:

Families can enter through the front or west entrance, where our welcome team volunteers will be happy to point you in the direction of the Uprise Kids ministry. When you arrive at the Uprise Kids room, you will be greeted by Pastor Jordan or another friendly volunteer. They will answer any questions you have and they'll help you check in and get your children settled in and ready to participate.

Once your children are checked in, you are welcome to attend Sunday School or the worship service with the peace of mind that your children are being well-taken care of and taught the Bible.

Before Service: You can check-in your child at the kiosk located outside the Uprise Room. We'll need to know the child's name, birth date, and any allergies they may have, just in case. We won't share that information with anybody else, but it helps us to keep them safe. After they are registered in our database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to the Uprise Room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

Jordan Jinright is our Children's Pastor and the leader of our kids ministry. He has a passion for helping children and their families grow in their faith and fulfill their calling as families of God. Jordan has a strong connection to this church, having grown up here and volunteered with the children's ministry for several years prior to becoming the Children's Pastor. In fact, he's so passionate about kids ministry that he started his own at home with his wife Christina. They have 7 kids!
