Matt Jackson - Lead Pastor
Matt Jackson became the lead pastor in 2021. He served as our youth pastor for 47 years before that. He is a huge fan of the Florida Gators and USF Bulls!

Mark Harpold has served on the pastoral staff at EG First for over two decades. He leads our worship team in the contemporary service, and he is our executive pastor.

Tim Harden has served on the pastoral staff at Eau Gallie First for many years. He leads the music in our traditional service. Fun fact about Pastor Tim--he played Mufasa in the Lion King!

Cris O'Brien joined the pastoral staff in May of 2022. He is the best!

Jordan Jinright has been a part of our church family for many years, from growing up through the children's and youth programs, to serving as a custodian, to now being the children's ministry! He likes funny t-shirts, bare feet, and is afraid to be called a pastor, which is why so far down the list.
